Overview
Inspire From Within is GCAO's flagship youth leadership conference designed to bring together young people for a day of inspiration, conversation, and community connection.
The conference combines an exclusive pre-theatrical screening of Eyes of Ghana with a high-impact leadership panel featuring accomplished Black leaders from diverse industries. the conference's primary purpose is to equip young people with practical leadership insights, confidence, and motivation to create change in their communities.
Exclusive Screening
Participants will attend an exclusive pre-release screening of Eyes of Ghana, it’ll create an excitement and a shared experience that brings the community together.
The film serves as the opening experience—not the destination. It will set the stage for deeper conversations about identity, purpose, and leadership.
The Leadership Conversation
Following the screening, a moderated four-person panel will explore what it means to lead from within.
Rather than focusing on theory, the panelists will share real stories about overcoming obstacles, finding purpose, building influence, and creating impact without waiting for permission.
Panel Themes
1. Identity before Leadership — Knowing who you are.
2. Leading Without a Title — Creating impact wherever you are.
3. Turning Passion into Action — Building initiatives that serve your community.
4. Resilience and Legacy — Lessons learned through challenges.
